INFORMATION

Guarantees: Our team, who provide you with services and products, is constantly and diligently working on the good name of the brand. We are aware that the relationship between you as a customer and us as a business partner is based on trust and mutual satisfaction. Therefore, we guarantee that we meet the introduced obligations; in case of justified dissatisfaction we will return the paid funds to your account. The BTC transaction itself is so transparent that it cannot be challenged. Therefore, we do not offer any other method of payment.

Payment: For whisky and PARK Apartment orders, select Order on the collection page and enter your e-mail and address. We will send you a confirmation link, valid for 30 minutes.

After you confirm your e-mail, you will receive a unique order number, a summary of your selected item and address, and the BTC amount, payment QR code and Bitcoin address. Keep your Bitcoin transaction ID for your order reference.

We use your e-mail and address to process your order and contact you about delivery or the dates of your stay.

Date reservation: Following the mutual approval of the offered date, we will book the apartment or services related to your stay. After making the payment, you receive a numeric access code to the door lock, valid from 00:01 AM on your chosen date until the midnight (24:00) of the last day. Afterwards the access code is invalidated. Our apartments are completely staff-free and automated but you can call the contact telephone number, should any complications arise.
